Honda CBR150R motorcycle launched in India priced at Rs 1.16 lakhs

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) have launched their 150cc motorcycle, CBR150R in India with a price of Rs 1.16 lacs (Ex-Showroom, New Delhi). Honda CBR150R was unveiled in India for the first time at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo earlier this year. In India, Honda CBR150R will compete with Yamaha R15 and newly launched Bajaj KTM Duke 200, which are available at a price of Rs 1.07 lacs and Rs 1.17 lacs respectively (Ex-Showroom, New Delhi). Honda CBR150R motorcycle Honda CBR150R will be available in two variants in India – Honda CBR150R Standard is priced at Rs 116,385, while Honda CBR150R Deluxe is priced at Rs 1,17,385. Difference between Honda CBR150R Deluxe and Standard variant is that in the Deluxe variant Honda offers triple tone paint job while in the Standard variant a two-tone paint job is offered. Honda CBR150R is powered by a by a 149.4cc, four-stroke, single- cylinder engine which delivers 18bhp. The bike features a six-speed gearbox. As far as looks of the new CBR150R is concerned, it looks a smaller variant of Honda CBR250R motorcycle. Honda has started accepting bookings for CBR150R at their outlets across India. As we told earlier, the CBR150R is available in two variants, Standard and Deluxe. The Standard variant comes in two shades – Black with Pearl Sunbeam White and Sports Red with Pearl Sunbeam White. The Deluxe variant also comes with two colour options – Black with Candy Palm Green and Vibrant Orange with Pearl Sunbeam White.
