Royal Enfield to launch Twin-Cylinder motorcycles in India

One of the best bike producing brands in India, Royal Enfield is considering introducing V-twin or parallel cylinder motorcycle, it has been now cleared that it will carry twin cylinder for Indian as well as export motorcycle market. After having in news for a long time the Indian owned British retro classic motorcycle brand have cleared that it will be on roads with the cylinder capacity of between 600 cc and 1000 cc, but this time around it could become a reality in the next 3 years. They are focusing on the traditional layout of the motorcycle that will have a pushrod design with an overhead valve (OHV), than the modern over head cam (OHC) design. This has been done to maintain the traditional look of the motorcycle but it will carry low revving and high torque sort of characteristics that Royal Enfield’s brand motorcycles are known for. The most surprising term for this invention is that it could preserve a parallel twin layout that Harley Davidson uses. Royal Enfield has the long history to make parallel twin motorcycles to V- Twin motorcycles from the era of 1950s to 60s that features a 700cc with air cooling capacity. We can understand their power of thinking and creating a history and this will edition of Royal Enfield will create another history by amalgamating two different times together.
